Q: How does the Service work?

A: The report is researched and written by a qualified lawyer, the lawyer will analyse your business, identify all the relevant regulatory agencies involved, identify what fees are necessary to be paid, and any licenses which are needed in order to commence operation.

Q: How much does the report cost?

A:The fee is N30,000 (Thirty thousand naira) for Nigerian companies and $100 (One Hundred Dollars) for foreign companies interested in investing in Nigeria.

Q: How secure is my information?

A: Any information supplied will be handled with care and the highest levels of security. We do not sell or trade data with any third parties, unless you ask us to in writing.

Q: Can I obtain a refund?

A:We strive to ensure that we provide the highest quality service. However, if for any justifiable reason you unhappy with the quality of the information provided to you, we will provide a refund of the report fee. Please email contact@lawpadi.com with full details of the reason for the refund request and we will respond within 7 working days. Please note that refunds are only applicable where the report was never provided, or the information provided is totally and wholly incorrect.

A: We would like to provide a free service, but this would be unsustainable. The research and writing that goes into each report is of the highest calibre and and the fees stated here is actually provided at a discount.
