I paid and move in to the house after paying for a year and half rent which was in June last year but the landlord sibling sold the property and is asking me to vacate the property within a month and half. Although that is not the problem but the problem is that he initially said he will pay 800k to me but he will pay it in instalments which will not work for me later he said he will pay 600k till instalments

The legal position is that you can only be evicted from the property after your tenancy period has expired or after a properly served eviction notice has expired. In this case it appears that you are agreeing to willingly terminate your tenancy, and if that is the case both you and your new landlord are free to determine on what terms you get a refund. However please note that if you do not think the terms are favourable, then you can insist that you either stay in the premises till your tenancy period expires or till the appropriate notice period is given.
