Dear law padi,

I purchase an item on Konga and after 2 months, the item developed a fault and i realised the product was not what it was described to be. It was described online as stainless, but it turned out to be ordinary iron sheets.

I contacted the manufacturer and they apologized and said they would  refund me for the item. They in turn refunded Konga who has since refused to refund me but insists that they would only give me a voucher to the tune of the price of the item and have to use the money to buy any other product on their site.

I refused and they still haven’t refunded me.

Please what legal options do i have.

Thank you.
