I’m about to link a hand sanitizer producing company to a contract to produce 150,000 liters of sanitizer.
The total quote they have sent in is around N560m.
I plan to tell them add my commission per liter or bottle or whatever amount we agree on eventually.
How best do I protect my interest considering that they have all their contact details on their quote?
The client can easily reach them behind me.
What can I do to legally protect my reward for connecting the deal?
Thank you for contacting us.
The best way someone can protect their commercial interests is by entering into a contract. You may therefore enter a contract with the the sanitiser company that you will get a stated percentage of the sales for the business that you introduce them to.
