This will depend on the terms of the employment contract which the employee has signed with the employer. As you might be aware, the Labour Act has provisions which cover the minimum entitlement to leave, the Labour Act provides that every employee after 12 months of continuous service is entitled to a holiday with full pay of at least 6 working days. The Labour Act does not specify whether the employee is a temporary employee or full time employee.
